Rosarian Academy Campaign for Excellence
R.A.C.E.
Beautifully situated along the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach, Rosarian Academy is a charming, five acre campus of Mizner-style architecture. In 2001, the school’s Board of Directors implemented a capital campaign to address campus needs to enrich the educational experience of its students.
R.A.C.E. Overview
Phases I, II, III and a portion of Phase IV have been completed
thanks to the generous Rosarian families and friends.
Phase I - Pre-Kindergarten Initiative – 2001
Goal: $1 Million
100% of Goal Reached
Building and land purchased. Building remodeled.
Phase II – Fortin Summit Initiative – 2002
Goal: $500,000
100% of Goal Reached
Build-out of the fourth floor of the Mary Alice Fortin Building to accommodate 8th Grade Classes
Phase III – Center for Athletics & Fine Arts – 2007
Goal: $9.5 Million
80% of Goal reached to date – Campaign continues
Picotte Center for Athletics & Fine Arts opened on May 2, 2009! It includes the school's first full size gymnasium, locker rooms, physical training room, art suite, music suite with practice rooms, drama suite, technology suite, classrooms, social hall and more.
Phase IV – Renovation of the Theater and Chapel - 2009
Theater Renovation
Goal: $3 million
Renovation began with the design of a common lobby with the Picotte Center as well as common mechanical systems. The campaign for this project began in June, 2009. The theater was open for the 2012 8th grade class graudation on May 31, 2012.
Help COMPLETE the theater by naming a seat in the Rosarian Theater.
Chapel Renovation
Goal: $2 million

Renovation began in the summer of 2009 following the move into the new Picotte Center. The campaign for this project began in June, 2009.
