Annual Fund
In 1925, the Adrian Dominican Sisters stepped forward to fill a need in this community for a school steeped in spiritual values, strong academics and extracurricular activities. Their personal conviction and their financial commitment to an ideal produced what we value today as Rosarian Academy.
l Every student, every day, benefits from this heritage
l Every student, every day, benefits from the continued goodwill and annual financial support of hundreds of Rosarian's parents, past-parents, grandparents, friends and alumni through gifts to the Annual Fund.
Why is there an Annual Fund?
Gifts to the Annual Fund are spent during the school year to meet annual operating needs.
All independent schools rely on funds produced by annual giving programs to help close the budget gap between tuition income and the true cost of operating the school each year.
Tuition and fees alone do not cover the full cost of a Rosarian Academy education and every year, approximately $1,200 of the total cost of educating each RA student comes from the Annual Fund , and other financial gifts to the Academy.
How does every student benefit every day?
Monies contributed to Rosarian through the Annual Fund provide the extra dimension to an independent school education that is so meaningful to students and their families. These funds affect all students and every inch of our campus - classroom equipment, the library acquisitions, faculty support, labs, technology, athletics, arts...and much much more.
Why should I give to the Annual Fund?
l Because every Rosarian Academy student deserves the
best available education.
l Because we all benefit from educated children.
l Because the total cost of providing a student with an RA
education is considerably greater than the amount
families actually pay - and it should stay that way.
l Because tuition increases should not be the only way for
Rosarian to meet rising costs.
l Because your gift will combine with hundreds of others
to make a real difference.
l Because your gift can help make a great school,
even better.
l Because there is a tradition that each succeeding
generation turns around and helps the one behind it.
You benefited from that tradition, perhaps without even
knowing it, now it is your turn.
