Admissions Process

The steps to admission vary, depending upon the grade level of the prospective student.  In all cases, prospective parents are encouraged to schedule a visit to tour our campus and discuss our programs and curriculum in detail.  Parents seeking admission to Rosarian Academy are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office in the fall of the year prior to the desired admission date.

Upon receipt of a completed Application for Admission (accompanied by the requested materials), prospective students (grades 1-8) are invited to spend a day on campus (or a half day for younger students).  For the prospective student, this experience is of great value.  It provides the opportunity to see firsthand what life at Rosarian Academy is all about.  Visiting students interact with other students, observe and participate in classroom activities, and become acquainted with the facilities and activities offered at our school.  During the course of the visit, an age appropriate entrance evaluation will be conducted.

A decision regarding admission to Rosarian Academy is based on the following:

  • Completed Application for Admission form, with $50.00 application fee.
  • Successful completion of age appropriate entrance evaluation and/or including classroom visit.
  • Receipt of transcript that includes official grades and standardized testing results from applicant's present school.
  • Completed Teacher Recommendation Forms.

Upon receipt of the above, the information is presented to the Admissions Committee.  Applicants will be notified by letter of the decision of the Admissions Committee.  Students qualifying for a grade in which there are no spaces remaining may be offered a Wait Pool decision.  Candidates in the Wait Pool are not ranked. If a space becomes available, the profiles of all candidates in the Wait Pool are reviewed.  The Admissions Committee seeks to make each admission decision based on what is best for the child and for Rosarian Academy.

Rosarian Academy admits students without regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin in the administration of our educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and financial assistance programs, athletics and other programs.

Please complete these forms and submit to the Admissions Office to begin the application process.
